Gold Valley is Oro Valley NE of Tucson, AZ -- new development area is about 20 miles from center of town, city keeps getting bigger, where do they get the water?

Sat. Beach is on sand bar 1 mile wide and several(20-30?) long so is max 1/2 mile from ocean or banana river.

I think the humidity will do me in. Can't stand 90F/90% , dont like 80F/80% either, sweat like pig, maybe I could get used to it after awhile.

Here I am 1/2 mile from ocean as seagull flies, 1M as SUV goes, am 150ft elevation, see sand big waves whitewater. Maybe sold too cheep, nearest neighbor is 60ft away, next nearest is 3/4Mile. No traffic New Years Eve from party to home (5Mile) no traffic whatsoever. Space allows civility. We pull over if a car gets behind us to let them pass, ever had that happen to you?

Getting bored with paradise as well as going broke paying off bank. Do like Jimmy Buffett and Waylon&Willie, can't decide which the most?
