Who is remaining to run the show at Cisco? Just John Chambers, Mario Mazzollo and James Richarson? Carter (CFO) quitting is a big deal! About 7,330,000,000 shares outstanding? That is the supply of CSCO shares, and growing slowly. What is the demand for CSCO shares? Enough to fetch $13.91 today. I guess demand for shares will increase if CSCO increases profitability. Or if some other reason for optimism arises. California deficit, about $35,000,000,000 over next 18 months?. Will they try to close this budget gap by taxing the internet? Specifically, sales/use tax on internet purchasing? They think there's a billion dollar leak here. Just another example of challenges still faced by the industry.
