This 38 page study of government secrecy will not be as hard-hitting an expose of Bush malfeasance as some of us would hope for. It's a bit mealy-mouthed and certainly pulls its punches, but at least it gets an important topic into the political dialogue.

Mr. Anderson was the guest on C-SPAN's Washington Journal this morning. Here's a link to that interview:
