You argue with a brigadier General about military preparedness? What makes you such an expert of current Special Forces conditions? I have heard on several shows from top military experts that after Afghanistan our Spec Ops guys got no break and were sent right back into more hot zones like Yemen, Georgia, etc. And now Iraq. Nothing wrong with that except now we have North Korean as a potential threat, a much bigger threat than Iraq could ever be.
