William: The 100,000 increase in the non farm payroll numbers was a reminder that all is not well on the macroeconomic scene... Yet, the market did a bullish key reversal on Friday... It's looking for any silver lining... Perhaps the extension of unemployment benefits and the soon to be debated Bush Economic Plan is supplying that silver lining...
