At H&Q, I'm particularly interested in the ITMN presentation. The shorts have been after them with a vengeance, and I'm waiting to see if they can fire back. I've cut back my over-weighted ITMN position some, but I upped it again last Thursday with some calls. Peter

Ted Griffith at CBS MarketWatch also had some negative comments about the prospects from the H&Q conference. cbs.marketwatch.com He has positive comments about AMGN that in December said it expects its 2003 profit,( excluding acquisition-related charges <g>) to be up 31%, driven by strong sales of the new anti-anemia and anti-infection drugs.The company is having a full page color advertisement in the Miami Herald today about the FDA approval of its RI facility to manufacture EMBREL.
