Why are Al "Chainsaw" Dunlap and William (Fruit of the Loom) Farley still running loose? The U.S. has historically not done a good job at jailing its white collar criminals. That is changing. White collar prosecutions generally take a long time to develop. Complex, esoteric issues and a lot of paper, often conflicting, to sift through. I expect that Fastow will eventually finger Skilling and that Skilling will give up Lay. Lay has to be on Bush's top ten hit list, along with Osama bin Laden.
