(Nasdaq:PSFT - News) announced the general availability of PeopleSoft Sales Incentive Management (SIM) for High Tech and Industrial organizations. As part of PeopleSoft's industry-leading Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions, PeopleSoft SIM reduces incentive management expenses by streamlining administrative processes and providing greater visibility, control and agility to management.
