I'm beginning to wonder if the time is ripe for a third party, given the logjam between Repubs and Dems and what seems to be more and more disenchantment with both parties. Who could you see running?

I agree 50% that a President has no control over the economy, but the US is a big boat to turn around (2 years at least) and yes cycles are very real.
