Yoga can be primarily meditative or it can be at the other end of the spectrum: positions done rapidly, in a hot room for maximum sweating, with no breaks. All I can say is that I was sweating so much in my fire yoga class last night that I slipped on my mat. Gross but true.

Of course, I can now make a case that I'm fluid deprived and in need of an emergency Cheetos infusion....

That's great that you've got a cafeteria there. It helps. And turkey sandwiches aren't bad. Can they at least provide you with some crusty-chewy bread so you can get some gnawing pleasure? I miss that when i'm dieting.

Along with fat, sugar, and crunchy-salty things.
