Dave: Nice observation. As you know, the divergence between smalls and commercials on the ndx has never been greater (as far as the chart shows) and the large traders are close ot flat. The set-up -- looking at that chart alone -- has all the makings of a capitulation type scenario taking hold.

Do not know what you mean by net zero.
Isnt the sum of short and long always zero or close (allowing for undisclosed)?

What am I missing?
