I was already up to that (see previous post).

BTW, they don't take a third of your estate. Pretty quickly the rate escalates to more than a half of your estate. Trusts can help you get around it to some degree, as can donations and distributions before you die. But once you keel over, if there's enough there your heirs get the leftovers, not the main part of the pie.
