RMX-v...in the news: Rubicon Minerals to acquire Golden Tree property Fri 7 Feb 2003 Property Agreement The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for expedited filing documentation pertaining to an option agreement dated Dec. 13, 2002, and executed Feb. 5, 2003, between Rubicon Minerals, Antony James Maciejewski and Martin John Bobinski, pursuant to which the company may acquire four unpatented mining claims and one mining lease located in the Red Lake mining district of Ontario, known as the Golden Tree property. In consideration, the company will over a four-year period make payments totalling $102,500, issue 60,000 shares in tranches and conduct a minimum of $10,000 in exploration work annually.
