Edit: Now I hear we have over 500,000 IT professional without jobs, we have plenty of supply for years to come. It is also shame & disgrace that we will not retrain our professionals with so-called latest technology and I hire someone with phony resume. We should blame ourselves, we hired them because we were bribed and got rid of anyone who was threat to our job security. IMHO.

Not everyone on H1-B is an engineer. I'm an H1-B for example... And plenty are graduates of US schools (like me too)....
