Actually it was 16 states out of 47, since Ohio wasn't really a state yet. <g> In fact, it's well known that the Ohio State University was known as the Ohio Territory University until 1954. I think you need a better lawyer than me for this one....and besides, my recent bill remains unpaid, you deadbeat!
