Greenhouse gases went down 4% last year because industry and the economy hit a bad recession. I watched the Senators describe this on CSPAN last night. All Senators including Republicans agreed we need to do much mroe to combat global warming and that the current administration has not done anything but refuse to sigh the Kyoto Treaty. McCain was quite tough about this I was happy to see.
