Don't be short-sighted. Oil is our primary energy source now, but that can gradually change if we make the commitment. In the meantime, wasting energy can in effect kill. Conservation works. And there is no need for a 100 pound woman and a few kids to drive a huge 4WD SUV around the city or suburbs. Or at last they have to be aware of the true price of gasoline. Not just $1.50 a gallon but add in the pollution and war costs and it zooms up there. I am particularly teed off Bushies wont go after the Saudis. Why? One reason and you know it. Meanwhile most of the 9-11 crew came from SA including the kingpin himself. He may even be there now which would expplain why we cannot find him.
