fat lot of good that would do me,

It is not "Stimulus," it is tax reform. The purpose is to get companies to start paying dividends.

We got low dividends.. figure it must be related to Philly weather.. at least Eagles won last night..

Now if you are earning less than $46,700 you fall into 15% bracket and you will save $30. this year (2003) in taxes... I am closer to $42. savings... somehow this is way off the average $1100 savings being thrown out... ggg

I hope it raises the stock market.. but doubt Bush will get 100% , perhaps 50%.on not taxing dividends.. and a redistribution to lower income in lump sum or reduced bracket or tax holiday. Bush put in the kitchen sink for his plan figures, throw them a bone and push it threw.

the plan doesn't even come up until late April and may run into summer... I expect a lot of negotiations between now and then..At least he is doing something.!. A year ago the democrats would not consider tax cuts now they are on board.
