Dungy a brilliant coach, but too quiet and nice. Gruden is what the Buc team needed; that is a high energy motivator who also is a fine coach. Troy Vincent sure didn't give Tampa Bay press anything to use, he did nothing but praise Gruden as a super coach when with the Eagles. Damn i am looking forward to the game next week and knowing it will be a bitter defeat for who ever loses. I feel the playoffs have led to the two most deserving teams being in the NFC championship game. And BOTH teams want this trip the Super Bowl very badly.There is know moral victory in this one. max
