You can say it all you want, but it doesn't make any sense no matter how many times you say it. If you can change the genome you are changing the person as completely as if you had sexual reproduction (and a bit more masterfully, since you can eliminate some of the nasty unwanted biproducts of sexual reproduction- those maladaptive combinations that give rise to genetic disease and deformity).

Because a person is always born, as you say "heterosexual", does not necessarily mean they are born with a heterosexual sexual orientation. There are some women born with an extra Y chromosome... How do you classify those folks. What determines a person's sexuality if all are born hetero....
