well if that is true, and I have no doubt that it is, then imo that is the type of area where Davis should have looked to cut. Basically if you show up at an emergency room in San Diego and you have no proof that you belong in the US, no medical care unless something that falls on humanitarian lines like gunshot wounds etc. In other words no "I have an earache" type problems, can't they do that? I have no doubt medical care is a huge sinkhole for tax dollars and I don't know how to fix it but as a minimum we should only cover who we are required to by law? Lizzie
