Ish, I know you live in that state, how do you feel about this? The Govenor SEEMS to make a good case for a very poor justice system in Illinois but on the other hand, it seems to me that it shouldnt be possible for one person alone to soley overturn an entire justice system of judges and juries carte/blanche. Where is the checks and balances? In the cases where I understand extreme coercion was involved his moves are understandable, but to willy nilly overturn ALL CASES in the state seems a bit much to me. I feel sorry for the victims families. This looks to me as though a Govenor with a poor record is trying to go out of office with something to hang his hat on?? JDN
