If you are convinced, as I am that discrimination is wide, deep, and endemic I agree. And I believe it is worse on the Political Level than 20 years ago, and getting even worse. Yes, we are not going to agree over this one, not at all. There is little doubt that education structured by dollars provided and housing arrangements make education at best a replicator of prior discrimination, at worst makes it even worse. Until there is a strong commitment at all levels of government to address these failings, until then we'll need forms to address discrimination at later stages of life.
