Name one since the Supreme Court reinstituted the death penalty.

I don't care if it was before or after the reinstitution: would you suggest that a life today is worth more than a life fifty years ago? One, in my opinion, is too many.

The fact is that you can't.

Nor can you, similarly, prove the uncontested guilt of all such individuals executed.

But I'll give you 23 who were possibly innocent.
