Republicans are not in control of the Supreme Court since it is a nonpartisan body. The Republicans do not have a filibuster proof majority in the Senate so cannot be said to be "completely in control" of it.

Some democrats have to go along with any legislation that gets passed and so share responsibility for whatever comes next.

<<Now the GOP is in complete control of all branches of gov't are you saying you think a decline into full depression in '03 and '04 will be the fault of the Democrats?>>

EXACTLY!!! If we let these socialist pinheads BLOCK Bush from bringing us OUT of the Clinton recession-as they HAVE BEEN for two years, the Democrat pin heads WILL get the depression they passionately desire. (That will not, however, win them "forty House seats". More likely, it'll LOSE them a hundred, as an angry public, who thought they had SOLVED the Daschle problem on 2002, turns out in huge numbers to vote out every socialist Democrat in sight.)

I expect that Bush will have a lot more success stuffing that pathetic little shit from South Dakota, Puff Daschle, in his own trash can in the coming session. But all you are seeing right now is Democrats working like their asses are on fire to PROMOTE a depression...
