None of those are bankruptcy, but they will lead there. The one that goes BK and comes out of it debt free F*s up the others. THis is exactly where the whole thread has started and come around to. We are talkng in circles and as best as I can see, we are all saying more or less the same thing. Given the sad state of affairs, the way we are headed is Chapter 11, then more chapter 11's then lots of chapter 13's. I guess that is the ultimate way out. The strong survive chapter 11, the weak go to 13 and are dissolved. Not sure if I am eggagerating or not. The thought just popped into my head. M
