My last dealing with Dell was a little over a year ago when I sent back the 8200. I'm not trying to defend Dell so if your dealings with them have been difficult I wouldn't hesitate to switch to someone else. I'm having problems with Roadrunner service lately and am on the verge of dumping them and going back to.....dare I say it...dialup. It's kinda like going from a Mercedes to a Kia. I'll sure miss my speed.
