Jorj, This quarter is a bit of a shocker to me since the CFO made similar comments in the last earnings call. I can't imagine that Intel did not also slide some orders into this quarter since it exceeded the revenue number by a non-trivial amount.

the action with the equipment makers is not a shocker. Intel did say in the last 1-2 reports that Capex was going to be slashed by a couple of billion for 2003. It is not as if this is a surprise.
