I chose to question that point. Dell leases more buildings and areas than it owns.
Already owns or leases many square miles of land upon which to build if needed.
They are already set up for major expansion and have to pay something on the leases even if thay are not used
Thats confidence.
Dell gets paid for systems before paying suppliers No inventory investment required.
Dell is expanding rapidly by selling other companies products, and again getting paid in advance with no warehousing needed.
They also have approved bank funding if needed
Its one dam efficient network, as others have discovered.
