one last word..punitive damages are not covered under liability insurance..so to say that causes high premiums is not the case...i just hope for you and your families sake a limit cap of just say 250,000 doesn't put your family in ruin if one of your family members requires lifetime institutional care.

On the Firestone issue there is something wrong with a vehicle that rolls that easily driving skills aside. The GM versions were getting flats also and losing their treads but they weren't flipping over with great regularity. Ford should have been looking harder at their Explorer's IMO.
