At a time when the economy is going down the tubes I wonder if the most important issues on the president's agenda are quotas at the University of Michigan and capping jury awards.

It's also a relatively safe issue for Bush. Not all Democrats are ambulance-chasing trial lawyers, but all ambulance-chasing trial lawyers are Democrats.

Trial lawyers are a huge source of campaign moola for the Dems. Heck, one ambulance-chasing trial lawyer has even declared he's a candiate for the Dem Presidential primary.
But he's handsome, so he deserves to win.
