Like you I'm getting fed up with this war situation but I believe tort reform is necessary the sooner the better, it is a huge drag on the economy, no other western country has legal expenditures along the lines of the US... CEOs can't even venture a guess as to the mkt climate in a conference call or else... this sucks actually and because the democrats get so much money from trial lawyers there isn't any resolution... this all republican congress is the only chance... I am with Bush on this issue.
