I am with Bush on this issue.

I'm with Bush on this one too.

Still, he's skirting the two most important issue of his presidency: the economy and the war on terror against Osama Bin Laden behind tangential issues such as Iraq, tort reform, quotas and tax breaks for the wealthy.

I believe tort reform is necessary the sooner the better, it is a huge drag on the economy....

Years ago I read a statistic saying that Japan graduated 35,000 new engineers each year, and the US graduated more lawyers than that each year. I don't know if this proportion is still true.
