No,I totally missed that one comment. But it doesn't matter, since all he said was that the failure to find weapons could be due to non- cooperation, which is true. The operant term is "could": it could be they are not there, or it could be inadequate cooperation. Similarly, deeper in the story, when the Administration says that it is up to Saddam to prove that he does not have WMD, the point is that he can only do this if he cooperates enough to remove doubt. The point is to put pressure on the inspectors to be thorough, and on the Iraqis to be forthcoming........
