well, i am guessing its even less likely now. it will take about 15 more minutes before Joe Lieberman is in front of the TV cameras talking about the "$100mm give-away to the richest man in the world, while 'regular people' continue to collect unemployment checks and green stamps". the press is going to have a FIELD DAY with this stuff, and frankly i'm not sure how Bush is going to turn the tide. it is too bad, as eliminating the tax is the right thing to do (though they should do it at the corporate income tax level, not at the individual level)

Cheers

the little guy may not get much by way of dividends, but the capital gains of 40-50% on the pure divvi stocks, if the bill passes, more than makes up for it. IMO
