I was looking at the System Support Solution web site this morning and came across info suggesting that MRVC now offers a second PAL FSO system designed to provide a user with 4X T1 service. System is more expensive than the original PAL offering, probably due to need to supply 2 OptiSwitch devices rather than less expensive media converters.

PS: Note the reference in the SSS news release that suggests PAL may be upgradable to CWDM.

OT. Since you shared your scouting report of the Tech game with the thread, I thought I'd show you a picture of what was throwing Grant's game off. The picture is from the Vermont game which was 5 days after the Tech game where he banged his knee. Look closely at the picture and notice his right knee.

He told me yesterday that warming up for the Columbia game was the first time since Ga. Tech that he could do the stretch where you pull your foot back against your thigh without severe pain. I suspect he was still limping significantly when they played Vermont and that explains why he only played 17 minutes.
