I recall that Bush the elder was not immediately eager to come to Kuweit's aid. There was a few days where he was making up his mind. There was some quick investigations to find out which side of the bread was buttered.

I disagree

and I resent you calling the president boy king

he's our elected president till 2004 and as such deserves at least a modicum of respect, whether you agree with his policies or not
