this Bush Dividend Plan is the biggest bullshit in financial history ... let me understand the farking logic, if they don't double tax dividends, then companies will payout more dividends to shareholders since shareholders will get cash back without having to pay tax, then in turn the shareholders will spend the dividends and revive the economy ... is that what you understand, Earl ... if so, why don't the government give me a million bucks right now, I promise I will spend it all by the end of this month, hee hee hee
