just refusing to nationalize the risks I dont' want to be rude, so I won't respond the way I was first inclined. Without regulation, the risks are nationalized, period. It's simply all-out kleptocracy, rule of theft. Which is close to what we are becoming at the highest levels, if there isn't a major increase in transparency. The regulators are the ONLY protection the public has against insiders trading, fraudsters defrauding, complex dishonest accounting causing massive lies to be hidden away... Are you saying forget regulation and it's just all-out "the public beware?". Be aware that if the US capitalist playing field sinks on its current trajectory towards Mexican standards, the rest of the world will see there isn't any regulation worthy of the name, and will take their chips and go home. And rightfully so.
