SnapTrack Appoints Dr. Kamil A. Grajski to senior vice president and general manager of SnapTrack. Grajski formerly held the position of vice president of engineering for SnapTrack. He replaces Bret Sewell who recently resigned as president of SnapTrack to pursue other opportunities. In his new position, Grajski will be responsible for SnapTrack's overall operations and direction. He joined SnapTrack in 1998 as an engineering manager for Assisted-GPS client and server product development. In 2000, he was promoted to vice president of engineering, and has been responsible for leading the SnapTrack team in the development of wireless location products and technology including CDMA, PDC and GSM/UMTS core technology R&D, ASIC design and embedded software, core and networked-server software and systems engineering. Prior to joining SnapTrack, Grajski held technology research, architect and management positions at Apple Computer, Inc. and Octel Communications Inc. Grajski earned his doctorate in biophysics at the University of California, Berkeley and his bachelor's degree in computer science at New York University.
