Paul,
Bet you a dollar that ed herman is jewish. Only a self hating jew could view the world this way. He is not alone in this and many of the same arguments have been made even prior to israels founding. Hell i am a jewish american and certainly not a zionist or i would be there. But not being a zionist shouldnt make you blind to what has really happened in that area.
He conveniently forgets the peace hoped for by the 1947 partition was broken by the arabs, that the 1967 war was started by the arabs, that terrorism was begun by the arabs, and that the barak/clinton/oslo deal was turned down by the arabs. He also forgets what genocide looks like--see ruanda. And for ethnic cleansing, the palestinians are doing one hell of a job getting themselves in getting that job done. Its wonderful to go thru life with blinders on. Again i bet Herman is jewish. mike

I found the Hermann piece so offensive that I registered a complaint with Ken. It it the first time that I have felt the need to complain about a post.

Now you know how I feel about some of the further right pieces. I had to take a walk after some of the offensive anti-European stuff some months back.

I just don't think "offensiveness" at this level, however, is a reason to delete or ban such articles.

My guess is Ken will agree with you on this one, however.

Snort. #reply-18271669 . You were plenty successful in that episode, and you may well succeed again, who can say? Personally, I remain bemused. Some insults are morally superior to others, I gather.
