Ute index down six out of the last 7 days with the RSI down to 14.8. The past three rallies all started with the RSI near where it is now.

RRI goes from a RSI of over 96, to 35 in just three days. Each of the last three rallies started at or below 30.

My guess is we will see more downward pressure on RRI until about mid morning at which time we start the next leg up.

Got filled today at 4.35 and 4.55.

Hope to get one last position filled near 4 tomorrow.

Many of the RRI traders folded today to protect profits. My guess is a lot of them will have the same level of panic getting back in tomorrow?

Weshallsee.

Jim

Don't hold me to 100% accuracy but last week one of the major brokers (can't recall which one) said RRI target price was not worth more than 6X something (EV/EBITDA)?. It meant target price had already been reached but that there still remained a good deal of risk on the financing side.
Translation......sell the run up.

KB,

With NG prices where they are and EP back in the 8's, it's getting tempting
to make the portfolio a two stock portfolio??

I still believe all the bad news in not out on EP, but the higher NG prices
should help bail them out once/if additional bad news hits.

Any thoughts?

Jim
