Irrational. I already explained that but you are making pat claims that are unsupportable given the other 90% of the argument that you are ignoring.

I will make it as simple as possible and try again. The state is in place to govern the mutual participation of individual members of humanity, juxtaposed with humanities interests in the individual. Members of humanity have a social pact to live in recognition of one another as individuals and in recognition of a two way obligation with humanity at large. This establishes a legal premise as members. The decision to end that participation negates the legal premise as well. You can go kill yourself but you have no legal premise for humanity to authorise it, as you are violating your terms of membership in the process.
