I don't agree with you on troop movements within Iraq as being a threat to other nations. No matter what nation, the troops are always being moved around. The US does it, Turkey does it, Russia does it, China does it, the Koreans do it, on and on.

Regarding rewarding the Palestinian suicide bombers? You raise a good point. Why would Iraq do that? What is the current status of this, have these charges been proven? Has Iraq admitted same?
Regarding yesterday looking like today, I guess I can only respond with some lyrics I wrote to a song:

"Children of yesterday
