Are you claiming that whites are accepted to the University of Michigan is smaller perportions than their presence in the state would account for? I'm claiming there are all kinds of reasons why blacks may not be present in the same percentages as in the population of Michigan. Samples don't always agree with the populations from which they're drawn. Maybe blacks in Michigan don't want to go to that particular school. Who knows? But it is discriminating against whites to take seats away from whites who earned them and give them to blacks who didn't. We can argue from now on, but you can't get past this incontravertible fact.
