Actually, you didn't. I don't see that you have yet acknowledged a single right that any human has that the government can't legitimately put restrictions on. Even your sex life is subject to government control -- just check out some of the fundamentalist Islamic laws, not to mention our own laws against incest, sex with minors, rape, etc.

If you actually believe that individuals have any rights that government has no legititimate right to restrict in any way, please say so clearly. Because your philosophy, as I understand it, at least implicitly, if not explicitly, denies that any such exist.
