LT,
I think one of the things that often gets mixed up in the noise is that beating "expectations" is considered more important than the actual topline or bottomline growth (or lack thereof).

SEBL's revs fell 19% yoy. Ok, so it beat expectations, but were those *your* expectations?

CHKP gives outlook for 2H03 that is in double digits. Doesn't that sound familiar to you? growth always seems to be in the next half.

PSFT's revs down 5.1% yoy, BVSN's revs down 41% yoy.

the topline is still shrinking. I don't care if they are beating some bozo analyst's expectations, it still isn't bullish to have shrinking revs.
