on the contrary, imo we will titanic if there is no war by, say, mid-march. if we don't start courageously dropping bombs on people from 40k feet by then, people will begin to realize the shrubbies are saving the War Gambit and have written both this year AND next year of economically.

ie no second half or (next) first half recovery.

i wonder how effective the propaganda will be. people on this side of the axis don't seem to realize just how many iraqis were killed the last time 'round, but you can bet the iraqis who lost family members remember.

we'll be dealing with some bad blood in addition to all the other difficulties.

if war comes.

You realized that Iraq was US good friend in 80's when we fought Libya and Iran? Now US is screwing over Iraq...that ain't right somehow...
