Jim: thanks for your supportive comments. Yes, I read Cal's summary too - that is partially what prompted me to post. I can't put my finger on it - but there is some consistency to this addiction to secrecy at DMX. HC is quite specific, that the study is - open label and - sponsored by DMX. Note, by DMX, not by OXO, even though the date (of the study commencing) was well before DMX made an offer to bump its 25% holding to 100%. How do you or anyone else feel about 'our' company carrying out trials and not informing its stakeholders? It is precisely this type of attitude at DMX that leads me to reverse my posted intention to be a rights subscriber. Crazy to say, I don't trust the company any more, despite having a relatively high percentage of my retirement funds invested in the company. Maybe I will post on this issue separately. Verily, I am discontented, you'all....Fox.
