No actually business has started to improve for software slightly. Its like the business climate *wants* to get going, but can't. And this grinding bear market is adding to the uncertainty and budget deficits are ballooning in part because there are no capital gains.

Bush proponents better take heed of this sentiment. I was in favor of Bush for awhile, no more. My feeling is that he has done incredible damage to our economy, his economic team is bad too. And his tax plan does nothing for the new industries which are the future of employment in the US, the tech companies. Bush is not a friend to new industry, he should be, because he is a republican but he is not. Bush is not a lock in 04 for sure unless this economy really catches fire. Right now I give Kerry 50/50 odds. I just hope the tort reform goes through before the republicans are toast.

It is amazing that Bush gets the blame for the demise of every pissant dot com company that never had a chance in heck to make it much past their IPO, and every crappy company that was selling for a gazillion X earnings...
